• “User” refers to the individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.
• “Event Information” refers to data such as schedules, scores, and updates provided through the platform.
• “Project” refers to customized consulting services offered for specific sports events or user needs.

2. Service Agreement Details

All services are subject to a separate service agreement, which will specify:

• Scope of services and specific requirements
• Service timeline and key milestones
• Fees and payment terms
• Information adjustment policy
• Data usage permissions

For specific projects, the service agreement takes precedence over these Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities and Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate sports event information needs
• Provide necessary reference materials in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and suggestions on time
• Pay relevant fees as agreed

4. Fees and Payment

All quotes are denominated in RMB unless otherwise stated.

• First-time use of services typically requires a partial upfront payment
• Final service fees must be settled before information delivery
• Late payment may incur late fees

5. Information Updates and Adjustments

Our standard services include:

• Preliminary schedule overview
• Multiple rounds of information verification and confirmation

Additional requests beyond the standard scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

After full payment, you will receive:

• Exclusive usage rights to the final event analysis report
• NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to display the service in its case library
• Original data and analysis models belong to NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd., unless otherwise agreed

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Relevant rules for service cancellation:

• Please notify us in writing in advance if you need to cancel a service
• For services that have already started, prepayments are generally non-refundable
• The user is responsible for service fees for completed portions

8. Limitation of Liability

NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd. is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or loss of business opportunities
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project.

9. Platform Usage Guidelines

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use our content without permission
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use this platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of the platform

10. Governing Law
