• "Project" refers to customized consulting services provided for specific sports events or user needs.

2. Service Details

All services are subject to separate service agreements, which will detail:

• Scope of Services and Specific Requirements
• Service Timeliness and Key Milestones
• Fees and Payment Terms
• Information Adjustment Policy
• Data Usage Rights

For specific projects, the service agreement shall take precedence over these Terms of Service.

3. Your Responsibilities

Your commitments:

• Provide complete and accurate event information requirements
• Timely provision of necessary reference materials
• Provide feedback on your opinions and suggestions on time
• Pay relevant fees as agreed

4. Fees and Payment

All prices are quoted in RMB, unless otherwise stated.

• Initial use of services typically requires partial prepayment.
• Final service fees must be settled before information delivery.
• Overdue payments may incur late fees.

5. Information Updates

Our standard services include:

• Initial schedule overview
• Multiple rounds of information verification and confirmation

Additional requirements beyond the standard scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of payment, you will receive:

• Exclusive right to use the final event analysis report
• NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to showcase services in its case library.
• Original data and analysis models belong to NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd., unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Provisions for service cancellation:

• If you need to cancel services, please provide written notice in advance.
• For initiated service projects, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Users are responsible for the service fees for completed portions.

8. Limitation of Liability

NG28 Sports Consulting Co., Ltd. is not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user

Our total liability shall be capped at the amount you paid for the specific project.

9. Platform Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:
